Publishing in Public Spaces #1: Roadside Communicator

A workshop and outdoor sign for the Caradt Studium Generale 'the Defiant Maker' - October 4, 2018.

During the 2018 Caradt Studium Generale students from AKV|St.Joost Academy of Art and Design and Avans Communication & Multimedia Design participated in a workshop entitled Roadside Communicator.

Scanning news clippings from the morning papers we composed several short texts of which one was to be published on a wooden frame along a busy road in Breda's public space.

Out of all the generated options, finally we settled for the text that said (in Dutch):

”SHARING SUPPOSEDLY IS THE NEW HAVING.”
